These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

• We offer several delivery options, including standard and express shipping through our trusted carriers, such as UPS and FedEx.
  Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped according to the selected delivery method.
  Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.; or
  
• Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately to file a claim..
  

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United States your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Contact our customer service team at info@roadlites.com to request a return. Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly shipped.Packaging the Return: Ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Items that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Return Address: All returns must be shipped to the following address: 4550 Gustine Ave St. Louis, MO 63116. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns of non-defective items. Non-Returnable Items: Products that are customized, installed, or modified cannot be returned unless they are defective. Electrical components, once opened, are not eligible for return unless defective. Defective Products: If the product is defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return, replacement, or refund. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of Liability
Lightspeed Lighting, LLC DBA RoadLites and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Lightspeed Lighting, LLC DBA RoadLites and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites, its officers, employees, affiliates, or manufacturer Horpol be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, property damage, vehicle damage, bodily damage, bodily injuries, or fatalities arising from the use of our products, whether based on warranty, contract, or any other legal theory. This applies to third parties as well. Disclaimer of Liability for Light Brightness and Visibility Impacts: Our commercial safety lights are designed to enhance visibility; however, Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, incidents, or property damage resulting from the brightness or intensity of the lights. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the product is installed and adjusted according to local regulations and guidelines to prevent blinding or distracting other drivers or third parties. Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites is not liable for any claims, legal actions, or fines related to the lights causing visibility issues, including but not limited to blinding or distracting drivers, leading to accidents or damage. Proper use, installation, and adherence to applicable brightness standards are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Disclaimer of Liability for Confusion Over Vehicle Dimensions: Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility for any confusion, misjudgment, or accidents caused by the perceived width, height, or dimensions of a vehicle due to the installation or use of our lighting products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the lights are properly installed and that the vehicle's actual dimensions are clearly visible and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Disclaimer of Liability for Physical Contact with Product: Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility or liability for any injuries, property damage, or incidents resulting from physical contact with the product, including but not limited to scratches, abrasions, or damage caused by someone brushing against the product or the product rubbing against other surfaces. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product is installed securely and safely, with adequate clearance, to avoid such incidents.Disclaimer of Liability for Electrocution or Electric Shock: Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from electrocution, electric shock, or improper handling of the product. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product is installed by a qualified professional and that all necessary safety precautions are followed. Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility for improper installation, wiring errors, or misuse of the product that may result in electric shock or electrocution. No Liability for Failure to Follow Instructions: Failure to follow the installation and operating instructions provided with the product will void any warranty and release Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites from any liability for damage, injury, or malfunction. The instructions provided serve as guidelines and should be followed to ensure safe and proper installation and operation. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed and operated in a way that aligns with these guidelines as well as any applicable local laws and regulations.;
• Installation and Use Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper installation of the commercial safety lights by a qualified professional. Incorrect installation, modification, or misuse of the product voids any warranty and may result in damage or injury for which Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites will not be held liable. Customers must adhere to local, state, and federal regulations when installing and operating these products. No Liability for Environmental Damage: Lightspeeding Lighting DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility for any environmental damage, including pollution, chemical leaks, or contamination, that may result from detachment, improper installation, use, or disposal of the product. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the product is disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.Disclaimer for Extreme Weather Conditions: Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites is not responsible for any product failure, damage, or malfunctions due to extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, snow, ice, extreme heat, lightning, or flooding. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product is adequately protected and maintained during such conditions.No Liability for Theft or Vandalism: Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from the theft, vandalism, or tampering of the product after installation. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the product is securely installed and protected from unauthorized access. Choking Hazard and Misuse Disclaimer: Our products are not toys and should be kept away from small children and pets due to potential choking hazards. Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility for injury or harm caused by inserting the product or any of its components into any part of the body. The product is intended solely for its designed purpose, and any use outside of its intended application is strongly discouraged and may result in injury.;
• Indemnification Clause: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your improper use, modification, or installation of the product, or any violation of applicable laws or regulations. This applies to third parties as well.;
• Product Misuse Disclaimer: Our commercial safety lights are designed for use in specific vehicle safety applications. Any use outside of these intended applications, including but not limited to off-road or racing environments, will void any warranty and release Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites from all liability.;
• Compliance with DOT, FMCSA, NHTSA, and Regulatory Requirements: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the installation and use of our commercial safety lights comply with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and other local, state, or federal regulations. Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites does not guarantee that the product meets regulatory requirements unless explicitly stated in the product description. If the product does not meet regulatory requirements for your specific use case or fails to pass inspection, Lightspeed Lighting DBA RoadLites is not liable for any lawsuits, audits, violations, tickets, fines, penalties, or negative impacts on safety scores (e.g., CSA scores). The purchaser assumes full responsibility for verifying that the product is appropriate for its intended use and meets all applicable regulatory standards prior to installation and operation. It is the purchaser's duty to ensure that all equipment installed on vehicles is compliant with applicable safety regulations and standards before use on public roads. Lightspeed Lighting DBA RoadLites is not responsible for any failed DOT inspections, violations, tickets, audits, fines, increase in insurance premiums, or penalties resulting from the improper use or installation of the product, nor for any harm to safety scores that may arise as a consequence from the use of our products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the installation and use of commercial safety lights comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Lightspeed Lighting DBA RoadLites assumes no liability for non-compliance by the customer. While our commercial safety lights are designed to aid in compliance with visibility and safety regulations, Lightspeeding Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites makes no guarantees that the use of the product will meet all legal requirements for every jurisdiction. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.;
• Force Majeure Clause: We shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill obligations or delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, labor disputes, or natural disasters.;
• Warranty and Returns Limitations: All products are subject to a limited warranty for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, environmental conditions, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Any requests for returns or exchanges must be made within the warranty period. No Responsibility for Personal Use Modifications:
  Any modifications, alterations, or adjustments made to the product by the purchaser or a third party will void any warranty and Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damage resulting from such modifications.;
• Jurisdiction and Governing Law: This agreement and any disputes arising out of the use of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri. All claims shall be heard exclusively in the courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.;
• Disclaimer Regarding Equipment Compatibility and Warranties: By purchasing and installing our commercial safety lights, the purchaser acknowledges that it is their responsibility to verify the compatibility of our products with their existing vehicle systems and equipment. Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no liability for any damage, malfunction, or loss of function related to the brakes, stop lights, turn signals, or any other vehicle systems that may result from the installation or use of our products. Furthermore, Lightspeed Lighting DBA RoadLites is not responsible if the installation or use of our products voids any warranties on the purchaser's vehicle or related equipment. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the installation of our lights will not interfere with the terms of any existing warranties or compromise the performance of vehicle systems.Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites is not liable for any interference, malfunctions, or damage caused to other electronic devices such as cameras, electronic logging devices, systems, or equipment resulting from the use or installation of our products. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring compatibility and avoiding interference with other vehicle or external systems.; and
• No Guarantee of Accident or Incident Prevention: While our commercial safety lights are designed to enhance vehicle visibility and contribute to safer driving conditions, Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites makes no representations or guarantees that the installation or use of these products will prevent accidents, injuries, fatalities, or damages. Our products are intended as an aid to increase visibility and awareness on the road but should not be solely relied upon for accident prevention or safety compliance. The effectiveness of the product in aiding safety is dependent on proper installation, use in conjunction with other safety measures, and adherence to all applicable driving regulations. Lightspeeding Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility for accidents, vehicle damage, or personal injury to users or third parties  that may occur while using our products.
  Disclaimer of Liability for Product Detachment: While our commercial safety lights are manufactured to high-quality standards, Lightspeed Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites assumes no responsibility for any accidents, incidents, damages, injuries, fines, or legal claims arising from the detachment, breakage, or improper installation of the product. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the product is installed securely and inspected regularly to prevent detachment during use.Lightspeeding Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage to third parties or property resulting from the product falling off a vehicle. This includes any claims, legal fines, or tickets related to littering, road debris, or harm caused by a detached product. No Liability for Employee Resignations: Lightspeeding Lighting LLC DBA RoadLites shall not be held responsible for any employee dissatisfaction, disputes, or resignations resulting from the use or installation of our products. Any internal employment matters, including but not limited to personnel changes, resignations, or grievances, are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and are unrelated to the performance or functionality of our products..

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
